Article 16 contains the applicable law and the choice of forum. By doing business with Stahl every customer/purchaser explicitly accepts the applicable law as well as the competent forum.

Depending on the contracting Stahl company the general conditions of sale may vary regarding the language, the applicable law as well as the competent forum.
